HER XXXI Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HER XXXI. Each of our products is made to order, and we want you to know what to expect from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door.

Free U.S. Shipping

HER XXXI offers FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

There is no separate standard shipping charge at checkout for eligible U.S. orders.

Made-to-Order & Processing Times

Our products are made to order rather than pulled from pre-made inventory. This means your item enters production after your order has been placed.

Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing/production time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 7–12 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

All processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, high order volume, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If you're purchasing an item for a holiday, birthday, event, or other specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Multiple-Item Orders

If you purchase multiple products, your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.

Items may be produced or shipped separately depending on the products ordered and the fulfillment locations used. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.

There is no additional standard shipping charge to you for split shipments on U.S. orders.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact HER XXXI as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfillment has begun.

HER XXXI is not responsible for additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first:

Checking around the delivery location and any secure areas where the carrier may have left the package.
Checking with household members or neighbors.
Allowing a short period of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered before final delivery.
Contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If you're still unable to locate your order, please contact HER XXXI so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations.

International shipping costs are not included in our Free U.S. Shipping offer. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may cause delivery times to exceed the original shipping estimate.
